Model Release

The purpose of this model release is to allow Michael C. Jensen personally, JensenOne LLC dba Mike Jensen Photography Workshops to take photos of participants and attendees during the workshop in order to help promote future workshops.  In addition, attendees and student's photographs may be used to help promote workshops, but photo credit will always be given and attributed.

I explicitly grant to Michael C. Jensen personally, JensenOne LLC dba Mike Jensen Photography Workshops, and to their assignees and licensees the absolute right and permission to use, publish or sell the photographs(s) of the workshop, in which I am included, in any medium, throughout the world, without any restriction whatsoever as to the nature of the use or publication or as to the copy of any printed matter accompanying the photograph(s). I understand that the images may be altered and I waive the right to approve of any finished product.

I understand that I do not own the copyright of the photograph(s). I agree that there are to be no fees, commissions or royalties paid to me for the use of my likeness. I certify that I am over 18 years of age and that I have the full legal right to execute this agreement on behalf of myself and/or any minor child, as parent or guardian.

Weather Policy

We believe in being completely safe in conducting our photo workshops.  We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or conditions, but we will offer credit for future workshops/classes if appropriate.

If it's raining, snowing, hot or cold, we'll probably shoot!  If we determine it to be unsafe to shoot or unsafe to travel to and from we will delay, postpone and/or or reschedule the workshop.

Each photographer is responsible for their own safety and should not feel pressured to participate if they feel unsafe.  If this occurs, we will off a credit or partial credit for a future workshop.

If a weather delay continues to prohibit you from completing the workshop, we will provide you a credit for a future workshop.

Travel

Many photo tours and workshops involve traveling from one location to another.  I agree that by registering for this workshop, I accept my personal responsibility for my personal safety and the safety of others.  I will not hold Michael C. Jensen personally, JensenOne LLC dba Mike Jensen Photography Workshops or any agent, or participant of the photo tour or workshop liable for any travel related accident to myself, my property, my vehicle.  I agree that each participant is responsible for insuring themselves for undertaking travel on a photo tour or workshop.  Michael C. Jensen personally, JensenOne LLC or Mike Jensen Photography Workshops is NOT responsible and will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries which may occur as a result of the photo tour or workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Workshops may not be cancelled for full refund within 60 days of the start of the workshop.  If you have a need to cancel prior to the beginning of the workshop, you will be offered the opportunity to attend a future session of the same workshop, or be offered a credit for another future workshop.  These credits will be valid for one year.
