Model Release
The purpose of this model release is to allow Michael C. Jensen, JensenOne LLC dba Mike Jensen Photography Workshops to take photos of participants and attendees during the workshop in order to help promote future workshops. In addition, attendees and student’s photographs may be used to help promote workshops, but photo credit will always be given and attributed.
I explicitly grant to Michael C. Jensen, JensenOne LLC dba Mike Jensen Photography Workshops, and to their assignees and licensees the absolute right and permission to use, publish or sell the photographs(s) of the workshop, in which I am included, in any medium, throughout the world, without any restriction whatsoever as to the nature of the use or publication or as to the copy of any printed matter accompanying the photograph(s). I understand that the images may be altered and I waive the right to approve of any finished product.
I understand that I do not own the copyright of the photograph(s). I agree that there are to be no fees, commissions or royalties paid to me for the use of my
likeness. I certify that I am over 18 years of age and that I have the full legal right to execute this agreement on behalf of myself and/or any minor child, as parent or guardian.
Weather Policy
We believe in being completely safe in conducting our photo workshops. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or conditions, but we will offer credit for future workshops/classes if appropriate.
If it’s raining, snowing, hot or cold, we’ll probably shoot! If we determine it to be unsafe to shoot or unsafe to travel to and from we will delay, postpone and/or or reschedule the workshop.
Each photographer is responsible for their own safety and should not feel pressured to participate if they feel unsafe. If this occurs, we will off a credit or partial credit for a future workshop.
If a weather delay continues to prohibit you from completing the workshop, we will provide you a credit for a future workshop.
Cancellation Policy
Workshops may not be cancelled for full refund within 21 days of the start of the workshop. If you have a need to cancel prior to the beginning of the workshop, you will be offered the opportunity to attend a future session of the same workshop, or be offered a credit for another future workshop. These credits will be valid for one year.
Workshops may be cancelled by Mike Jensen Workshops if they do not fill to the needed capacity or if other problems arise. Any workshop cancelled by Mike Jensen Workshops will be fully refundable. Travel for workshops should not be booked until full payment is made to Mike Jensen Workshops and a confirmation that the workshop is a go is received.
Hold Harmless
I agree that by signing up for a Mike Jensen workshop, I will hold him, any employees or representatives, his companies, heirs, assignees harmless and waive all claims for any injuries which may occur during the travel to or from, or in the execution of the workshop. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
